Teroldego Rotaliano 2014
Our Teroldego Rotaliano is produced outside the company in its historic vineyards. Only in the morning, the grapes are harvested by hand and transported with the utmost precision to quickly reach the company completely healthy and intact. After a few days of maceration in the oak vats, controlled fermentations are started day by day to reach the pressing, which is carried out differently depending on the characteristics of the harvest. The wine accumulates in wooden barrels for aging and is left to rest in the historic cellar of the company. The choice to use only large woods is dictated by the desire to leave the possibility that the teroldego best expresses its varietal characteristics.
